The LINK™
The LINK™ is a single use, continuously dynamic compression External Fixator that uses a single piece split box shaped spring with pairs of holes that become misaligned when released. This misalignment applies moments and forces to Bone Pins to pull together and compress bony structures percutaneously. The LINK™ and its Cover is external to the body and is designed to be in proximity to but non-skin contacting.
Instant Compression
Delivered upon bone pin insertion, and needle drivers release, it gives the surgeon inter-operative fixation confirmation, compression force adjustment in a simple, intuitive design.
Metric Design
4-Pin and 2-Pin designs provide endless applications for bone fixation.
Threaded and Grooved Pins assure bone and LINK™ fixation. Common needle drivers operate the LINK™.
Multiple Sizes, Forces and Accessories
20mm in Length and up to 10mm in Width support procedures in the hand, foot, extremity long bones, and flat bones. Peak fixation forces range from 14 to 16 lbf. Accessories include: Bone Pins and Protective Covers.
